After the Warm up...

Round 1 (4-5 Rounds)

A1) Goblet Squat with Curl at the bottom - 12 reps
A2) Pull Up (Tempo 3:3:3) 8 reps
A3) TRX Lunges (partials) 8 reps at each level
A4) Mobility: Walk out alt. closed twist 6each side

Round 2 (3-4 Rounds)

B1) TRX Y Deltoid Fly to Curl 8 each
B2) Single KB Overhead Press with alt. front step  8 each
B3) TRX Body Saw (hold) 30sec
B4) Mobility: Deep squat with t-spine alt reach 6 each

H.I.S.S Round (Hight Intensity Steady State)

3 Rounds

30sec TRX Squat Jumps

30sec Double KB Press

30sec REst
