B1) ViPR Lateral tilt with Push Up 40sec / 20 sec
B2) TRX low row (chest under the anchor) 40sec / 20 sec
B3) TRX Triple Crunch 40sec / 20 sec
B4) Mobility: Animal Flow crab with reach

H.I.S.S Round (Hight Intensity Steady State)

On the minute, every minute for 7 minutes

10 KB Swings
