Complete one round. Set the clock for 30 seconds or work and 5 seconds of transition.

TRX & Kettlebell Workout 001

Full body workout

Full body workout utilising the TRX suspension trainer and kettlebell.

Complete all reps of given exercise in each group before moving onto next group.

A full body workout to help you get strong, build lean muscle and improve your mobility.

Do as many quality reps within the prescribed time.

Top 3 Burpees

Full body strength, core & balance.

When you're short of time, these few moves will increase core strength and improve your balance.

10 reps of each. 1 minute rest and repeat for 5 rounds.

Dumb Bell Workout

Full body 'hotel' workout with a TRX Trainer

A conditioning workout that will raise your heart rate while increasing your strength.
