A2) TRX Single Arm Chest Press (assisted) 5reps each side

A3) TRX Lunge w Single KB Rack Position 5reps each side

A4) GRID: Quad Smash - as needed

Round 2 (AMRAP in 12min)

B1) Double KB Clean & Press 5reps

B2) Double KB Bent over Row 5reps

B3) TRX Twist 5 each side

B4) GRID: Upper Body Smash - as needed
