Moves to get you Run Strong


Did you know when you run, your hip and opposite shoulder work together? Nothing in the body works in isolation so it kind of makes sense to train movement vs muscles. Not only that, don't just do bunch of exercises that will get you just tired, don't chase "orange zones" or trash yourself because some "cowboy" trainer told you "no pain, no gain". Do smart loaded or unloaded movements that will actually get you better and pain free. Help you be strong and help you move well.
