If you haven't heard of Izabel Goulart yet, we'll explain: She's a 31-year-old Victoria's Secret model from Brazil.

Yes, she's got legs for days and has been blessed with some fantastic genes, but her fitness regime is one that will leave you gasping.

One key piece of kit that appears time and time again in her workout plans is the TRX.

She puts this multi-purpose piece of equipment to use in ways we guarantee you've never tried.

Here are 6 moves you have to steal.

PLANK TO PIKE WITH SPLIT LEGS

This tricky move provides full body toning, paying special attention to your core - remember to concentrate on maintaining a strong body alignment.

It's all about stabilising and maintaining control.

WEIGHTED ONE-LEGGED HANDSTANDS

Thought normal handstands were tricky? While the TRX offers support for you raised leg, you must engage your core to stabilise yourself, and then of course there's the weighted leg raises...

WEIGHTED HANDSTAND CRUNCHES

This move takes some building up to, but when you're feeling brave enough it will test your core stability like nothing else.

Engage your glutes to maintain straight, strong legs throughout the movement.

TRICEP DIP CRUNCHES

This move combines the conventional tricep dip with alternating crunches and leg extensions.

PLANK SUSPENSION WITH SINGLE BACKWARDS LEG RAISES

Like so many TRX moves, it feels so easy and manageable on the floor - add the TRX suspension and it's a whole different ball game.
