This is for people that have been suffering with lower back pain for a while and are frustrated. People that can’t even exercise well without being sore the next day. Constantly having to modify exercises program.
Program will focus on foundations. From breathing and mobility to strengthening the core and the weakest links in the chain that are causing problems.
We promise by engaging with this program for 4 weeks, you will be coached to be stronger, you will know how to move in the right way, so you can get back to exercising at your full potential and ultimately be pain free.
