Thoracic Mobility, posture tolerance, segmental spine mobility are all essential not only for the health of your spine, but for blood and fluid flow as well.

Limited movement, restrictions, congestion and compression can impede the natural flow of blood, lymph and fluid. It’s important to understand that when customizing exercise or movement programming that we consider not only the tissues and joints associated with pathological conditions, but the other systems as well.
