Why do you have knee and hip pain?
One of the clients booked a Functional Range Assessment. During the intake process the client spoke about mild pain in his knees and hips and a slight amount of pain in his feet.
The client had no intrinsic foot strength and no motion in the ankle amongst other issues. Discussed was the importance of having all the parts of the system working well and gave him a variety of foot and ankle exercises to do in order to help deal with these problems and prevent them from progressing.
Due to clients extremely demanding job and what he thought at the time were 'unimportant exercises' he neglected to do the prescribed exercises. A few months later he came back due to severe pain in his knees and hips.
